•Incorporation of IDPM on 6 June 2017.
•IDPM secured our first interior fitting-out project for a commercial office property located at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur for a contract value of approximately RM10,000.

•IDPM was registered as a Grade 5 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ME), which allows us to tender for projects of up to RM5 million throughout Malaysia.

•Incorporation of IDPM Engineering on 11 December 2019.
•IDPM was registered as a Grade 7 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ME) which allows us to tender for projects with unlimited contract value throughout Malaysia.

•IDPM was certified compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system for the provision of project management, design and build services by Forefront Certification Ltd.

•Acquisition of 51.00% equity interest in Image Articulation.
•Acquisition of 60.00% equity interest in ACF Engineering.
•ACF Engineering was registered as a Grade 2 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B) and Civil Engineering (CE), which allows us to tender for projects with contract value of up to RM500,000 throughout Malaysia.
•Acquisition of 49.00% equity interest in IDPM Associates. IDPM Associates has been registered as a Grade 6 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ME), which allows us to tender for projects with contract value of up to RM10 million throughout Malaysia since 2021.

•Incorporation of IDPM Builder on 30 January 2024.
•Acquisition of the remaining 49.00% equity interest in Image Articulation, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDPM.
•IDPM Builder was registered as a Grade 5 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ME), which allows us to tender for projects with contract value of up to RM5 million throughout Malaysia.
•IDPM secured a project at the Bukit Bintang for a contract value of approximately RM46.40 million.

•IDPM Engineering was registered as a Grade 4 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ME), which allows us to tender for projects with contract value of up to RM3 million throughout Malaysia
• IDPM Engineering was registered as a Class C electrical contractor under Energy Commission which allows us to carry out electrical work up to RM500,000.
